Once your order is placed, you will receive a text message within 24 hours to confirm your preferred delivery week & any additional delivery details.

One week prior to your scheduled delivery week, you will receive a text message to arrange an exact delivery date/time. You do not need to be present during your delivery/installation, however we must have access to your property. Please provide all relevant gate codes/delivery details. 

If you have opted to utilize our design services, you can expect our designer to take up to 2 hours to complete your installation.
